1. Acceptance of Governance Bylaws
Honouree Elections is a product of Kode Mapa. By accessing the Honouree Elections platform, accredited electors and administrators agree to adhere to the institutional bylaws established by their sponsoring entity (university, enterprise, or civic council).
2. Ballot Finality & Irreversibility
Once a ballot has received a verified cryptographic consensus inclusion confirmation, it is irreversible. The voter’s single-use authentication token is extinguished permanently.
3. Coercion Resistance & Prohibition of Vote Selling
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise ballot privacy or soliciting proof-of-vote tokens. The platform’s cryptographic receipts are intentionally non-identifying to enforce coercion resistance.
4. Trustee & Custodian Fiduciary Duties
Key custodians holding Shamir secret shards operate under strict institutional fiduciary duties to safeguard shard passkeys and participate in the official unsealing ceremony only after verified poll conclusion.
